• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Custom or made-to-order items may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• We ship from Perth, Western Australia to destinations worldwide.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
• Estimated delivery times:
Domestic (Australia): 2-8 business days
International: 5-9 business days (varies by location)
Customs & Import Taxes
• International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
• We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
• A tracking number will be provided via email when your order ships.
• If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at ruth@ruthdevos.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
• We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Digital Products

• Digital products are delivered instantly via email upon purchase.
• If you do not receive your digital file within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at ruth@ruthdevos.com.
• Digital products are non-refundable.
