Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues, please read our refund and return policy below.


Physical Products

(Quilt kits, artisan sketchbooks, original textile art, and other physical items)

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or exchanges on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at ruth@ruthdevos.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective)
Original artwork (unless damaged in transit)
Clearance items

Digital Products

(Quilt patterns, digital illustrations, online courses, and other downloadable files)

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact us at ruth@ruthdevos.com, and we will be happy to assist.

Online Courses

• We do not offer refunds on online courses once access has been granted.
• If you are experiencing issues with the course platform or content, please reach out for support.

How to Request a Refund or Return

1. Email ruth@ruthdevos.com with your order number and details of your request.
2. If eligible, we will provide instructions for returning the item or issuing a refund.
3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 days of receiving the returned item.
